He Limin is a distinguished clinical nursing specialist with over 15 years of professional experience in cardiovascular and community health nursing. She currently focuses on case management models to enhance nurses' clinical competence in chronic cardiovascular care. She has led a joint project of the Technology Innovation and Application Development Project of Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau and Chongqing Health Commission, and published numerous papers, including two SCI‑indexed articles. She excels in integrating evidence‑based practice, reflective learning, and collaboration, which have significantly improved case management outcomes, making important contributions to clinical practice and nursing education.

This report summarizes the nursing care and clinical management experience of a 65‑year‑old male patient with acute anterior and right ventricular myocardial infarction and complex high‑risk coronary lesions, who developed an electrical storm (ES) with recurrent ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation after undergoing high‑risk percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) under awake veno‑arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA‑ECMO) support.
